Kundalini activation feels different for every person—and even for the same person, each activation can feel completely unique. I can only describe how it feels for me, and what I’ve witnessed and heard from my clients.
My first experience was one of unblocking and release. I felt energy begin to rise from the base of my spine, moving upward. When it reached my chest, I felt intense heat and pressure—it was almost painful. Then suddenly, it all burst through in tears. I knew I had released something I had been carrying for a long time.

The energy continued to rise, reaching my nose and head. It felt like a warm current flowing through my sinuses and up to the crown of my head. After that, I felt energy moving freely through my body. It felt like coming home.
The second time was different. My body began to move as the energy rose. I felt liberated. I was breathing deeply, making sounds, allowing the energy to guide my movements. It felt feminine, free, and hard to explain—but I was happy, released, and filled with a high vibration of love and excitement.
Now, with every activation, I move. My body flows naturally, expressing itself more and more freely. I feel feminine and unrestrained. I feel joy. I feel connected—deeply connected to something higher. It feels like I’m touching the essence of who I truly am.
In many activations, I’ve felt what I call “the void”—a black space that is both nothing and everything at once. It’s calm. It’s beautiful.

During sessions, my clients have experienced many of these sensations too. Some move, some remain still. Some release emotions, while others enter deep out-of-body states and receive inner messages. Some report headaches, which I believe is the energy reaching the brain and beginning to rewire old patterns—not to break us down, but to expand our consciousness. It opens us to new possibilities, helping us move beyond conditioned beliefs and into a more awakened state of being. What I’ve come to understand is that every experience is different, and every experience is right. Each activation meets the person exactly where they are, offering what is needed in that moment. There is no right or wrong way to experience this energy—only the way that is true for you.
After the activations, I began to feel a deep shift in my vibration. It became clearer to me that the universe was calling me to let go—not just of old emotions and patterns, but also of certain relationships. It wasn’t easy. Letting go came with pain and grief, but I knew the shedding was necessary. These changes created space for new connections that align more closely with who I am becoming—who I’m meant to be now.
I’ve experienced manifestations—things I had long desired suddenly unfolding with ease. It’s as if, now that my energy is aligned, life flows more effortlessly.
I’ve also learned the power of letting go. Sometimes we hold on so tightly to what we want, not realising it’s already happening. When we release the grip, we see it was there all along.
Another shift I’ve noticed is a deeper connection to nature. Trees feel like home. I’m drawn to them in a way I can’t explain. Even my fear of spiders has softened. I used to scream and cry, calling my husband to remove them. Now, I ask him to gently take them outside—or I do it myself. It’s the strangest, most beautiful change.
Creativity flows through me constantly. I feel a surge of life force energy, a desire to create, to bring ideas into form. It’s not always constant—there are moments of rest too—but I’ve learned to honour those moments and accept myself fully.

My body has also changed. I no longer crave alcohol. I used to love perfumes, but now I can’t wear anything with alcohol in it. I’ve shifted to using only essential oils. I was never into makeup, but now I can’t wear it at all. The energy is stripping me of anything artificial. I feel drawn to natural products, to simplicity.
Even my eating habits have changed. I’ve always been a meat-eater, but now I feel less inclined to eat meat. My body is guiding me toward lighter, more nourishing foods.
The Benefits of Kundalini Activation
Kundalini activation is hard to describe—it’s a feeling of touching the real essence of who we are. It brings you into a deeper connection with yourself and your body. Your vibration shifts, and you begin to manifest what aligns with your true purpose.
As the energy rises and unblocks the chakras, it brings balance. This can lead to healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. If you’re struggling with physical issues, creative blocks, or a sense of disconnection, I invite you to try Kundalini activation and see what it opens up for you.
